Whit's cousins

Whit has been having lots of fun playing with all of his cousins. He tries to act like a big kid and follow them all around and do whatever they do. (Maybe he is just getting big.) I wish we could see them all more often.

Whit has never seen one of these cars before, but I think he really likes it. He didn't want to get out of it, so his cousins just joined him!



Grandpa loved having Whit around to play with. It was fun to see Whit and his cousin Dresden play together too. Hopefully I can get more fun pictures with all the cousins before the end of our trip.

Some of Whit's Favorite Things...

While we have been in Utah, these pictures have been some of Whit's favorite things to do. And very fun to watch him too! We had a get together with my family and most of the time Whit just played with this water picture. He figured out how to open the spout and just kept letting the water run, drink it, fill up his cup and then pour it on himself.

Whit loves all animals I think, he just gets so excited whenever he sees them. My sister Jaci has this Kitty (that is one of Grandma's kitty's babies) and he was having lots of fun chasing it around the yard. He puts his hands out to hold it, like he does when he wants me to hold him.

This is Grandma's dog (well actually Whits Uncle AJ's), another one of Whits favorite things. I couldn't believe he wasn't scared of him at all. He played with him for so long. He would pull on his tail, hold his paws and stick his fingers in the puppy's mouth and the puppy didn't care. They just played together. What a fun Puppy!

It's to bad we don't have a back yard for a pet.

My Doggy Boy!

This is Whit's new friend West. Grammy has a new puppy, and Whit just loves playing with him. When we brought the dog inside from the heat, he was just panting away so Whit decided to do what he was doing. Then I think he decided to go lick the cabinet.He liked the puppy so much he had to share his cheerios with him too. They were entertaining us all afternoon playing together.

Summer Fun

This is at the Children's Museum again. Now that it is warm outside the have the water turned on in the backyard. I brought Whits swimming suit and a towel with me, but by the time we got outside to play we only had about 15 mins until they closed so I figured I could just keep him away from the water. What was I thinking next time I will make sure I change him first! He ran straight to the water and stayed the whole time. Their is a little stream that runs down the middle and then on the sides there are these fountains that squirt up. Whit was going back and forth from the bucket of sand to the water fountain. By the time we were done he was soaked, but he didn't even care. So I walked him to the car all wet, then dried him off and then put his swimming suit on to ride home in. Seems kind of silly but I guess I learned my lesson.

Whit would fill the cup up with sand and then dump it in the fountain.

Swimming agian!

Our pool opened up over Memorial weekend so now we have another fun activity to do during the day. Whit loves his little float that he played in last year and of course he has to take his balls to the pool too. In this picture he can see he has three, another little boy at the pool let him play with his for a while.

These are a couple of videos of Whit playing with his ball. In the first one he is yelling "Throw" and in the second one he is yelling "Ball" if you can understand it. But this is probably what he does half the day, except usually there are several more balls scattered down the hall.

Learning to Golf!

Jake has been going golfing after his tests- which I think he well deserves, but I told him it's about time I learn. So on Memorial Day we went to the driving range to practice hitting the balls. I think I did pretty good for only doing like one other time. Whit will probably catch on faster than me though. He loved watching dad. Then he would go get a ball and put it on the green, maybe next time we can teach him to swing the club.




I liked these three pictures because they go in order. Doesn't he just look handsome! Sorry I forgot to give Jake the camera to take pictures of me, but I really did do it. I think I even hit some pretty far ones.

Pillow Laughs

I thought everyone might want to hear some good laughing. I love it when kids/babies laugh. Jake was throwing the pillow on Whit and at first I thought he would be mad, but he just thought it was funny. It reminded me of one of his very first videos taken of him laughing.
