Outer Banks Spring Break

We were able to go to Outer Banks, NC again for spring break. It was so much fun. I just love the beach even if it is to cold to get in the water. The weather was actually pretty nice. For the first half of the week it was in the 70's and sunny. Perfect for playing on the beach and digging in the sand, which is Jake and Whits favorite thing together. I think this is absolutely the cutesst smile I have ever seen Whit do! He must really love the Beach.



Whit had so much fun playing in this pond of water left from the tide, in the middle it went up to about his knees so he just kept running back and forth.
Yes... Even a few of us dared to run in/run out of the freezing cold water.
We also had a blast playing guitar hero "Rock Band" Jake did a great job singing!
And of course Whit had so much fun with all his friends for a whole week.
Taylor was such a trooper on the beach. I have this little travel bed that she just slept in most of the time.

Taylor's Baby Blessing

Taylor was Blessed on March 1st (2 months old). She wore the same dress that I was blessed in, and she looked just Beautiful. Jake did a great job too.






I love you Taylor. You are our sweet Angel.

Only Snow Day!!

On March 1st it actually snowed about 7 inches here in Richmond. It doesn't really snow here, the couple times it has it melts within a few hours. But this was awesome. Jake didn't even have to go to school the next day, and Tay's dr. apt. got cancelled. So we all went sledding except Taylor stayed warm and bundled in the stroller.

Whit didn't really like the snow, he didn't want to walk in it. He just kept saying, "Hold you!" But he loved to watch it snow from inside.
My sweet little girl just slept through it all, she didn't even mind the cold.

Taylor's Smile

I love Tay's sweet smile! She is starting to coo and smile a lot. But I can't get her to laugh like Whit did. I guess we need Grandpa to come make her laugh, he was always the one to get Whit to laugh so cute.

Yea! My internet is finally working again and I got a new camera for my birthday so you will get a very long post soon! Hopefully when my kids get to sleep tonight!

Jake built this fort with Whit the other night and Whit loved it. It was like his own little tent, but he had a hard time keeping the bat in place he just wanted to hold it.

She is getting big so fast, I can't believe it has already been 2 months. She is starting to smile a lot and coo at me when I talk o her now. Hopefully I can get it on camera soon.

Old Macdonald

I love Whit's singing in this one and excuse his little burp! He kept trying to look over the camera to see me, when I don't have the camera on he'll usually sing more. I guess He's a little camera shy. Sorry about my fuzzy camera, it just broke now it doesn't work at all :(.
