King's Dominion

We got passes to King's Dominion and it has been so much fun to go all summer long. The kids love it.

Whit loved jumping the waves in the wave pool.
Taylor didn't like the waves very much unless she was being held, but she loved the water fountains. She would play in them the whole time.
Their was a fun splash park too that the kids loved, with this Giant bucket that filled up with water...Whit thought it was awesome to get dumped on!

The kids had tons of fun going on the rides. I didn't think Taylor would like them but she did. Whit loved it, especially when his friends came too.

Mom's Day Off

I got to take the day off and go with some friends to visit Montpelier and Monticello. We took a bus there together, we got to eat at Mitchie Tavern, walk the beautiful grounds and learn a little History. It was so much fun. Thanks for the great time Girls!

Easter again...

I can't believe I never finished putting these on, I am so slow!
The kids had so much fun finding Easter eggs Sunday morning. Then they got to do it again with the FHE lesson and the eggs filled with Scriptures and things to remember The Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Easter

For Easter we had a Picnic and Easter Egg Hunt for the kids with some friends and it turned out great. It was so much fun to get together and the kids loved it.

Whit loved finding the eggs, luckily he got to find Taylor's too!

Taylor had so much fun walking around outside. She gets so excited to go out to play. I love watching her walk. She is still a little wobbly sometimes but it is so adorable.

Spring Break

The kids had so much fun playing in the sand. The ocean was really cold, but we went to some sand dunes where we found this pool of water that the kids loved to play in. We didn't think the kids would want to get in so we didn't bring their swim suits, but of course they proved us wrong and had so much fun!

For Spring Break we did our annual get together with some friends in Outer Banks. We love going down and spending time with friends. Some of my favorite things about Spring Break: Jake didn't study at all!

Kids had fun playing with each other all day long
We were able to put the kids to bed then play games everynight
Eat way to much junk food
Enjoy Great Company
And Just Relax!

The kids had a great time playing on the Beach and climbing up this sand hill. I had to take a picture of there cute bums.
Then the next day we went to the St. Patrick's Day Parade and saw this awesome car that steers on both sides!

Winter Ball 2010

The Winter Ball is the annual MCV Dance that the Dental students get to go to. This year it was at the Jefferson Hotel, which is 5 star hotel in Richmond. It was so beautiful and so much fun. They had the casino room, where we could gamble away our fake money, a very crowded dance floor, and lots of yummy food.

This is what makes Taylor Happy!

This is when Taylor started walking at about 13 months, now she is all over the place. Jake always says, "I wonder who is steering her" because she walks so wobbly and crooked, but it makes me smile everytime! She loves it, and it really does make her so Happy to be able to walk.

Whit wanted to be like Taylor, so I had to take a video of him too.
